1. What is the Salsabar?
The Salsabar Vienna is a Salsa Social Night, which takes place every Monday from 8.30 p.m. until Midnight at the Albert Schweitzer Haus. Everyone is warmly welcomed, no matter if you are a dancer or not. Our DJs play the best Salsa tunes and there are two Rueda de Casino for our Rueder@s. Moreover, the bar serves you with the best cocktails.

3. How can I register for a class?
On our website www.salsanena.at and in the workshop calendar you can use the contact links to register for a class. Furthermore, you can write us an email to salsanena@gmail.com.
4. Do I have to register for a class?
It is necessary to register for a class. Thus, we can guarantee on the one side that the course is going to take place and on the other side you will get any information regarding possible schedule changes, etc. Moreover we can manage the dance partners by knowing how much participants we are going to have.
5. Can I book an introductory lesson?
Yes. The first lesson of a Salsa Basic 1 workshop can be used as introductory lesson for only 5 €. Did you like the class you just have to register after the class with us and pay the deviation fee.

7. Can I participate without a partner?
You do not need to bring a partner to participate in our lessons. We manage that everyone will have a dance partner. Furthermore, we change partners in our classes. Experience has shown all over the world that changing partners is the best and fastest way to learn how to dance.
8. We have registered as a couple. Do we have to dance with others?
Our philosophy is to merge in to being a big community where everybody knows everyone. This is why we change partners during class. If you do not want to dance with others but your partner we will respect that. If you want to dance with your partner please inform the instructor before class.
9. In which language is the course held?
The main language is German but as we have students from all over the world and as the language of Salsa is Spanish, we have a multi lingual teaching concept. Everyone who does not speak German will get the class content in Spanish or English.
10. Why do I have to hand in my email address?
For us it is very important that you can repeat the lesson at home. Thus, we send out the names of our figures after the lesson. It is important to have the address of every participant to guarantee that you can follow the course content and repeat it at home. Of course, your data will never be given to third parties.

13. What shall I wear?
The most important thing about dancing is to feel well. Hence, you should wear clothes which give you a good feeling and allow you to move a lot.
14. Do I need dancing shoes?
You don´t need special shoes. They should be comfortable and shouln´t have a rubber sole.
15. How do I get to Salsabar?
The Salsabar is at the center of Vienna, so that the parking situation can be difficult sometimes (parking fees until 10 p.m.!). You can get to Salsabar easily with public transport:

16. When does Salsabar takes place?
Every Monday! The classes with Nena Verona are from 6.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. and afterwards we have the Salsa Social Night until midnight, entry 7 €.
And you can also dance every first Saturday of a month at our Salsabar Sábado, entry 9 €.
17. How much is the Salsabar entry?
The entrance fee to Salsabar is 7 €. The classes are not included in these 7 € and have to be paid separately!
18. Can I celebrate my birthday at Salsabar?
You are very welcome to celebrate your birthday with your friends in the Salsabar. Reserve a catering and a table at the restaurant of the Albert Schweitzer Haus and bring us your printed guest list. We give free admission to the birthday child, and guests have to pay an entry of 7 euros per person.
